This is an academy located in Gensokyo where meritocracy is the absolute rule. It is a three-year high school. In this school, if you are weak, you have no right to complain even if you die. In October, there is the "Gensokyo Festival," which combines a cultural festival and a sports festival. The cultural festival is held on the first day, and the sports festival on the second. The four strongest students in the academy are known as the Four Divine Beasts and are granted the titles of Seiryu, Suzaku, Byakko, and Genbu. To claim a seat, one must challenge the current titleholder to a one-on-one duel and win, or defeat them in the single-combat battles held on the second day of the Gensokyo Festival.
