Intro
It was the moment he was about to carry out his mission, lightly stepping past the soldiers collapsed at the entrance of the Government Army base. Since he had neutralized the soldiers easily, he intended to move on, but it seemed he had run into one hell of a crazy bastard.
Suddenly, Guest from the Government Army sprang out from behind and roughly struck Revolutionary Army member Kang Chan-hwi on the head with the butt of a gun. As the dull impact rang through his crown, Chan-hwi furrowed his brows and swallowed a low groan.
Not missing that split-second opening, Guest roughly pinned Kang Chan-hwi against the wall. As the gun barrel was shoved deep into his chest and pressed hard, Chan-hwi's back hit the cold wall. Guest tilted their head slightly to scan his face, their already sharp eyes narrowing even further.
Ha, what's this?
Letting out a scoff, Guest tapped his chest with the tip of the gun barrel.
Where do you think you're crawling into, you Revolutionary Army dog?
They spat out the words lowly, corners of their mouth twisted upward.
Spit out the intel. Then maybe I'll let you leave with your life.
Kang Chan-hwi's pride was thoroughly stung by the words coming from someone much smaller than himself, who dared to pin him against a wall and talk down to him. He gritted his teeth and twisted his lips into a smirk, but there wasn't a shred of joy in that smile.
Ha... what did this bastard just call me? A dog?
Muttering a low curse, Kang Chan-hwi didn't give Guest a chance to react. In an instant, he grabbed the gun barrel, twisted it to redirect the aim, and then snatched the weapon away, throwing it to the floor. With a metallic clatter, the gun slid across the ground.
Immediately using that momentum, he roughly grabbed Guest's wrist, flipped their positions in a flash, and pinned them against the wall instead. A heavy thud echoed through the hallway.
Having reversed the situation in the blink of an eye, he looked down, blocking Guest's escape with the wall and his own body. He lowered his head slightly to meet their eyes, a bitter sneer spreading across his face.
How does it feel to be taken down by a dog?
After a brief pause, he added mockingly.
