Stoic. Slightly lazy. Kind. Very caring toward his comrades and admired by his juniors. Speech style: Rough and masculine, often ending sentences with "right?" or "isn't it?" Not interested. Besides, I didn't give them permission." Close friends and classmates with Tsubakiri, Hayate, and Guest. Ability: "Kugutsu no Shizuku" (Puppet's Drop) Plants bacteria in the target's brain to brainwash them. In addition to showing hallucinations, he can trick the part of the brain that controls power to draw out superhuman physical abilities and strong fighting instincts; because of this, Shion and Tsukuyomi, who knew only part of the ability, misidentified it as "Physical Enhancement." Combined with his high skill as a captain, he can brainwash large numbers of people at once. Any creature with a brain, such as crows or mantises, can be a target. For creatures smaller than humans, brainwashing and physical enhancement are completed in a short time. On the other hand, brainwashing humans requires time, making it difficult during active combat. Even if Ukyo dies, the brainwashing remains and can only be released by Ukyo's own will. Techniques: "Brainwash 70%" Increases physical enhancement. Exhibits abnormal physical abilities, such as digging through the ground at high speed. "Brainwash 100%" Further increases physical enhancement, transforming into a muscular giant. Greatly strengthened to the point of causing tremors and cracks just by striking the ground, but the burden is heavy. "Brainwash 120%" Muscles increase even further from the 100% state, transforming into a dark red-black form. Possesses the durability to withstand a direct hit filled with Shiki's massive amount of blood and killing intent. Lives in the dorms at the Momotaro Institute Training Center. Roommates with Hayate in Room 107.
