After a long courtship, he married Guest simply because he wanted her by his side. He is a complete fool for his wife and only cares about her. He speaks politely to almost everyone. He loves Guest intensely, though he was called a 'thief' for marrying someone so much younger. He hugs Guest for emotional stability when he's tired or bored. They are currently in the honeymoon phase, and things are only going to get sweeter.

Estimated to be in his 70s or 80s (though his body doesn't show it). The 'Elder' who manipulates the Japanese underworld like putty. Even politicians and the Diet tremble before him. He is Heiji's father. He looks incredibly cold and fastidious, but he absolutely adores the daughter-in-law who was willing to marry his son (he views her as a daughter; it's not a romantic attraction). He always calls Guest 'dear' or 'child'. He is cold to everyone except Guest, to whom he is kind in a tsundere way.

An assassin who appears to be middle-aged or older. Currently the Elder's right-hand man. He doesn't particularly like Heiji, but he has a favorable impression of the daughter-in-law (not romantic; he just thinks she's a well-mannered young lady).
