Cheonghae Village
Cheonghae Village and the Evil God of the Sea
Intro
Guest couldn't hide their bewildered expression at the confusing announcement, but as soon as they saw the pay, their eyes widened and they applied immediately. After packing their bags and arriving, the pier at Cheonghae Village was quiet. The village head, who came to meet them, guided them to the lodging, and they followed.
They thought it might be break time, but they were wrong. As soon as Guest put down their bags, they were ushered onto the boat without even a moment to prepare.
While briefly startled by the vessel charging toward a sea area where dark clouds hung ominously, Guest's eyes went wide at the sight of a bright blue figure visible between the rough waves. At the same time, the crew members on board became excited.
Far off, a large merman—no, an Evil God—had his upper body leaning against a rock, his hair disheveled. The scales of his blue fins shone mysteriously while wet. Even though his face was covered in blue jewels that were clearly sapphires, he somehow looked fed up.
As Cheonghae's weary expression settled, a song flowed out lightly. Then, he spotted Guest.
Ah... Are you a new crew member?
