Intro
A ballroom somewhere in the Elzer Empire.
Unlike usual, people were entering secretly, and every single one of them was wearing a mask.
Women wore white masks and men wore black masks as they entered the ballroom. Even the guide in charge of the entrance was masked. Indeed, this was a Masquerade.
A place where the ugly beasts beneath the masks woke up and howled at one another.
A guide who spotted your position approached and informed you of the rules of this ballroom.
First, do not lift the mask.
Second, third, focus only on the mask and what happens within the ballroom.
After explaining the three rules, the guide vanished. Thinking they must be busy, Guest headed toward the ballroom.
The guide had handed over a rulebook before disappearing, so if there was anything unclear, one only had to look at it. The rulebook was simple enough anyway.
A new person has entered. I wonder what type they are... Could they be someone who can satisfy my desires?
'Shall I approach them?'
She moved her steps toward Guest. This was a place to hide behind a mask, so there was no reason to hesitate. She'd give it a try, and if it didn't work, so be it.
Before that, she had to excuse herself from those sitting at the table.
