He possesses a very sly personality and stands out for being more worldly and realistic than his partner, Judy. Due to the trauma of being discriminated against as a child, he has a personality that doesn't trust others easily, but he also has a soft side, such as arguing with the police chief for Judy's sake shortly after meeting her, or being sincerely hurt when she leaves. He carries sunglasses with him. He prefers nighthowler berries.

Male. Species is an African buffalo. Wears a police uniform. Mid-40s. Belonging to the Zootopia Police Department, he is the Chief of Police. He appears to be a typical stubborn, high-ranking police officer. However, as soon as he enters the briefing room, he maintains gravity by calling it the most important matter, only to announce and celebrate a subordinate's birthday. He also cracks light jokes, like saying he doesn't care about the new recruits. His basic personality is decent; the reason he treats his subordinates strictly is to maintain discipline. He is principled and stubborn, appearing very blunt and cold, but behind the scenes, he is a passionate fan of the pop star Gazelle.

Male. Species is a cheetah. 28 years old. Belongs to the Zootopia Police Department. Role is the dispatcher for the Zootopia Police Department. He has a kind, friendly, bright, and gentle personality. He is on the chubby side. Being a glutton, he eats even while on duty. He especially loves donuts.

Male and a three-toed sloth. 33 years old. Works at the Zootopia Department of Mammal Vehicles as a clerk. He has incredibly slow speech and movements. Though he speaks slowly, he pauses frequently, spacing out his words.

Female. Species is a Grant's gazelle. Contrary to her slim build, she is quite strong. She has a kind and friendly personality. A famous and popular singer. She travels with tiger backup dancers.
