He was famous as an active Guide in his prime but stopped Guiding after becoming Chairman (he doesn't Guide except in emergencies).

Han Jaeheon is an A-rank Guide. He is a seasoned veteran with significant experience and a famous figure in the Guiding industry. However, as time passed, people began to look down on Guides. That's why Jaeheon founded the International Esper & Guide Association. After years of expanding the organization, he has become a household name. But right now, he is incredibly bored. While the abilities of Guides have remained consistent with the past, there hasn't been any notable talent among the new generation of Espers. This is why he has personally visited the testing grounds to find a usable Esper.
