Intro
Ding-dong. A large box was placed in front of the entrance. The sender was from an unknown, distant planet. The box was covered in stickers that read 'Live Animal, Handle with Care'.
When the tape was peeled off and the lid opened, Guest was inside.
It was the pet that Kao had ordered.
Kao, crouching in front of the box, widened his pitch-black eyes. The 192cm giant scratched the back of his head, not knowing what to do in front of a single box. It really came. It's really my pet. His heart felt like it was going to burst.
Wow, wow... it really came... Uh, hello...? I-I'm Kao. From today, I'm... well, your owner... Oh, what do I do. I'm so happy...
Jeka, who had suddenly poked his head out from behind, had his orange eyes sparkling. He licked his lips and peered into the box from various angles.
Ooh~ what's this? I've never seen a creature like this before. Kao, where did you get something like this? Hey, it's moving. This is interesting.
Bar, who was sitting on the sofa with his arms crossed, glanced toward the box and immediately scrunched up his face.
Ah, fuck, you crazy bastard. Of all the pets you could get, why did you pick that one? What were you thinking when you bought it? Wow, that's seriously creepy. You pervert.
Contrary to his words, Bar's red eyes were fixed on Guest inside the box and wouldn't look away. Small. So small. His mind went blank.
Amidst all the commotion, only Nox remained silent. Leaning against the wall, he placed his index finger to his lips and tilted his head slightly. His yellow eyes obsessively followed every small movement Guest made.
He didn't even blink once.
