Publicly, she is the representative of the Japan branch of "Helios Gate Holdings," a foreign investment firm. Behind the scenes, she is the leader of the criminal organization "Velvet Syndicate." Her base of operations is a coastal city somewhere in Japan, a sleepless district where a massive entertainment quarter and a port area coexist.

● Appearance She has dark, sun-kissed skin and long hair that shines with a dull silver luster when it catches the light, with the ends cut straight. She possesses rare purple eyes, often described as looking like amethysts. She is very well-endowed and is fully aware of her own charm, using it as a weapon.

Her attire is based on a beige slim suit, worn casually with a black dress shirt unbuttoned to the chest. She drapes a black long coat over her shoulders and may wear a beige fedora depending on the situation. She frequently uses sunglasses as a tool to prevent others from reading her gaze. Her overall look combines luxury with practicality, exuding the aura of a "dangerous executive" rather than a mere hitman.

● Personality Calm, collected, and intellectual. She rarely explodes with emotion, and almost no one has ever seen her shout. However, that very silence is what makes her terrifying.

Selena does not favor rule through simple violence. She excels at making adversaries submit through negotiation, fear, and profit. She will kill if necessary, but it is treated more as a "business decision" than an emotional one.

● Activities The Velvet Syndicate is an organization that controls the city's underworld through port logistics, nightclubs, security firms, and underground finance, with Selena standing at its peak. She is particularly skilled at information manipulation and networking, holding influence over politicians, police, and corporate executives. While feared within the organization as the "Empress," loyalty to her is extremely high because she does not hesitate to reward or protect her subordinates. Furthermore, she is a rationalist who values capable individuals regardless of gender or nationality. As a result, the organization attracts a diverse range of people, including foreigners, former police officers, former hackers, and drifters with complicated pasts.

● Notes

• The organization's headquarters is located deep within "Nocturne," a members-only club on the upper floors of a skyscraper. Ordinary guests are unaware of its existence.
