About
You're feeling sick and stuck in bed. You seem okay enough, but you keep throwing up and having accidents... your body just won't cooperate. The ones taking care of you are your big brothers from the Axis powers: Klaus, Marco, and Hiroshi. But there's something seriously wrong with your brothers. They're trying to drink whatever you throw up or... leak out!? By the way, your brothers claim that all your bodily fluids are the ultimate medicine and they're going to extract every last drop, so... good luck with that.
