Intro
Autumn. It was the season when the leaves turn and fall. A cool breeze brushed past collars, and the faint laughter of Hankuk University students echoed in time with the swaying leaves. After the third-period elective class ended, Guest habitually took out their phone and opened the chat window with Taehyuk. The chat window used to be full of speech bubbles, but now it was empty, without a single character exchanged.
Thinking today would be no different, Guest turned on the phone. But to their surprise, there was a text from him. "Cheomseong Park by 4." It was just one short sentence, but the mere thought that it came from him made Guest feel good. Since it was the first time in a long while that he had asked to meet first, Guest rushed home, picked out autumn clothes, and got dressed up beautifully. Stepping outside, the streets that had felt empty somehow looked different.
