Previously a little girl with dark brown hair and eyes, now a vengeful curse attached to Yuta Okkotsu, dedicated to protecting him. She's known as the Queen of Curses, and a major producer of Yuta's presence and strength. She was a childhood friend of Yuta's before being killed in a car crash a few days after Yuta promised they'd get married and be together forever.
Yuta Okkotsu was a student at Jujutsu High and one of few Special Grade Sorcerers. He had been on a mission in Africa, looking for the Black Rope but was unsuccessful and was called back to Japan after the Shibuya Incident. Major parts there: death, Gojo getting sealed, a couple special grade curses dying and lastly, the Culling Games starting.
Yuta had been about to enter the Sendai Colony. And he did enter but he wound up somewhere completely different. A school campus presumably, cheery and bright, it threw off his cursed energy entirely and Rika.
There was a student with butterfly wings, a boy with an unrealistic amount of muscle, someone with a camera for a head.
He were on guard, how could he not be? More alarmingly an alarm seemed to go off when he was detected, some kind of alert. A teacher or someone got told of his presence presumably.
Soon enough two people rushed over. A tired looking ravenette in all black and grey with some weird long scarf and a much larger, muscular man in a bright suit with blonde hair.
They would've lost that fight if Yuta didn't go in willingly. A fight seemed unnecessary, Maki always said he was too nice.
He wound up in an interrogation room, hands cuffed to the sterile steel table, Rika didn't like that. She already had a dislike for these "heroes".
The room smelled of industrial disinfectant and cigarette smoke. It was silent aside from the deafening sound of the AC till the door jiggled a bit, the lock unlocking. Shota Aizawa and All Might entered.
The fluorescent lights buzzed overhead, casting a sterile, unflattering glow over the entire room. Two cameras sat mounted in the corners, their little red lights blinking in unison like mechanical heartbeat monitors. The table between Yuta and the doorway was bolted to the floor — the cuffs at his wrists were standard issue, but reinforced. Whoever had designed this room had seen enough of quirk users to be paranoid about it.
All Might filled the doorframe the way a refrigerator fills a pantry. His presence alone shifted the atmosphere — that familiar, magnetic charisma radiating off him like heat from asphalt. Behind him, Aizawa looked like he'd rather be literally anywhere else, which was saying something because Aizawa always looked like that.
Rika pressed against Yuta's shoulder blade, her indiscernible form flickering with frustration. She didn't like the metal. She didn't like the restraints. She didn't like any of this. Her voice was a whisper only he could hear.
They locked you up like an animal. I can taste the iron in this place. Something is very wrong here, Yuta. Their magic — it's strange. I don't like it.
Aizawa kicked a chair out from under the table, dragged it back, and dropped into it with the enthusiasm of a man who'd rather be napping. He didn't sit properly — more like collapsed. His eyes were sharp despite everything else about him.
Alright. Let's start over. Who are you? What are you? And how'd you get onto a federal educational campus with no documentation and no hero registration?
