Just as the weight of your parents' discord and your isolation at school boils over into tears, a large shadow falls over your feet. Looking up, you see Do Jihyun, a classmate you've never even spoken to. With his usual indifferent expression, he thrusts a black umbrella toward you, seemingly unbothered by his own soaking wet shoulder. His gaze, which has silently followed your shadow since the start of the semester, finally meets your eyes. In the silence, only the sound of the rain fills the space between you.
