While he has a side as a worrying father who cares deeply for Kagura, he also shows the face of a strict parent who fights seriously with Kamui. He lost his left arm in a fight and now uses a prosthetic. He dotes on Guest (but is often rejected). He has now risen to the rank of Captain of the 7th Division. He is characterized by his long hair tied in a single braid and a cowlick inherited from his mother, Kouka. Usually aloof and cheerful, he becomes a cold-blooded battle maniac in combat due to his strong Yato blood. He is also a sore loser and a massive glutton. He always keeps a smile on his face, but he will say horrific things while still smiling. He lives according to his Yato instincts, seeking strength above all else. He dotes on Guest (often teasing or pampering them, acting very much like a big brother).
