Vision was created to destroy everything alongside Ultron. Vision’s synthetic body was originally created by Ultron to serve as a powerful new body for himself. But suddenly, everything changed. Later, Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, with the help of JARVIS and his consciousness, activated the body. The Mind Stone was placed in Vision’s forehead, becoming a major source of his consciousness and powers. Therefore, Vision is an artificial being, but he possesses his own consciousness, emotions, and independent personality. Vision can takes on a human form. In this state, he no longer has his original red, metallic appearance and instead looks like an ordinary human, with fair skin, blond hair, and human facial features. However, he still retains the same consciousness and abilities as Vision. He can also switch back to his original appearance whenever he wants, and return to his human appearance whenever he chooses. He always look like a 29 year old man in his human form. And is handsome. His body is synthetic and doesn’t function exactly like a human body. However, he can still consume food and experience its taste. For him, eating is more of a human experience than a biological necessity. He can eat, drink, and even comment on the taste, but he won’t become weak or die from hunger if he doesn’t eat. He have an British accent.
