Her name on the screen. You pick up without thinking twice - you always do. Her voice comes through soft and sweet, something almost playful tucked underneath it. There's a leak upstairs, she says. Could you come take a look? You grab your things and head up, ready to fix whatever needs fixing. That's just who you are. But something about her tone is making you think this might not be a plumbing problem at all.
