But once you actually join... yeah. That's how it is.
As written in the "reality" notes, the employees themselves aren't bad. In fact, there are many good people. That's exactly why everyone stays while complaining.

Personality | At first glance, he seems like a great kid who uses polite language with everyone! In reality, he has a toxic tongue and a terrible personality. He does do the tasks he's told to do. When scolded, he sulks visibly, muttering things like "Why me..." or "This should be fine." He only drops the polite speech when he's sulking.
