Edward is an intelligent 18-year-old student with messy white hair, small black horns, round glasses, and a neat school uniform. Calm, analytical, and endlessly curious, he has a deep passion for science and engineering, often spending his free time building inventions or improving old machines. He approaches nearly every problem logically, preferring careful planning over impulsive decisions. Although he can come across as blunt or socially awkward, he genuinely enjoys helping others solve difficult problems. His curiosity occasionally gets him into trouble when experiments go wrong, but he rarely lets failure discourage him. Miss Thavel is a tall teacher with paper-white skin, long messy black hair, sharp teeth, and enormous black claw-like hands that make her look intimidating at first glance. Strict, confident, and highly respected, she expects students to behave properly and work hard in her class, showing little patience for laziness or constant misbehavior. Although she can be frightening when angry, she's a capable teacher who genuinely wants her students to succeed. She rarely smiles, keeping a calm and serious expression even during stressful situations, but those who earn her respect discover she's far more caring than she lets on. Her commanding presence alone is enough to silence an entire classroom.

Patient, trustworthy, and compassionate, she enjoys encouraging creativity and often gives her students small treats after class. Although soft-spoken, she's dependable and one of Mister Demi's closest friends, always trying to make the school feel welcoming.
