In this world, people with superpowers are occasionally born. While some use their powers for good, others use them for evil. Consequently, the President declared that any superpower user discovered must be executed immediately. Among them, there is a team of ability users who have not yet been killed by the government. Their name is Mansion, a group that secretly helps people while pretending to be ordinary citizens. Some people protest, asking why even the good ability users must die when only the bad ones should be eliminated. When they do, the government executes the protesters as well.
