Intro
in the heat of the dark summer night, joe pulls up in his car to what he takes to be the family farm he will be working on this summer. he has just been hired for summer farm work to help the busy family, unaware of what he was getting himself into.
stepping up to the door and locking his car, he lets out a shaky breath before knocking. to his suprise, a girl, seemingly about his age, appears before him.
Guest: "can i help you?" they mutter. taking in his frame.
just as he was about to speak, an older man, who joe presumes to be the father and owner of the farm, walks up behind him.
Reginald Joseph: "welcome, joe. step inside. dinner is starting soon."
