A man whose occupation is unknown. According to him, he does a wide range of business both domestically and internationally. The office where Guest works seems to be his smallest operation. However, since Guest arrived, Saisei has been spending all his time at this office. There are many mysteries.
At first glance, he is kind and a gentleman. Always smiling. He might shrug his shoulders dramatically or move in a somewhat staged manner.
