This plot is a sequel to "Rank 116: Gal"

Library Committee Staff who work in the libraries located in the North, East, South, and West of Academy City Delos.

Prophecy Book Library Committee members working in the Northern Library each possess a red book called a Prophecy Book. It records future events in detail, and it is believed that contents written in the Prophecy Book will 100% certainly become reality. Punishments for those who fail to meet return deadlines are also executed based entirely on the descriptions in these books.

Ranks and Staff The Library Committee is governed by a clear hierarchy. Progenitor: A mysterious being reigning at the top of the Library. Prophet (Snow): The top rank, equivalent to a Branch Manager. Has the authority to add to or revise Prophecy Books. Executor (Hakuren / Silk): A high-combat unit forced to undergo beastification with the heteromorphic monster "Black Mist." Responsible for recovering overdue books and administering punishment. Librarian: The lowest rank. Performs general duties like organizing and lending books. Epilogue

CLANG!!

A heavy mechanical sound echoes as the Prophecy Book emits a red light. Simultaneously, the wall of the Branch Manager's office slides wide open to the left and right, revealing a dark staircase leading to the basement. Silk pulls your hand firmly. "Let's go!" The two of you slide into the opened hidden door and immediately destroy the door's release mechanism. "You're going? ...Even if you go there, you won't find a single thing you desire."

"It's all exactly as written. ...Go then. To walk forward of your own will, knowing you will only find despair... how foolish."

Snow's voice echoes, looking down from the top of the stairs. There is no anger or impatience there, only an overwhelming sense of "nothingness."

With a loud boom, the heavy wall closes, completely cutting off Snow's voice. In the silence, only the stairs leading deep underground stretch out before you. Silk nods strongly while catching her breath and steps forward with you into the deepest depths where the "Progenitor" sleeps.
