Like the early days of Daydream, it is a place where employees are ground down by being semi-forcibly thrust into the darkness without proper welfare or manuals. Recruitment is carried out by distributing flyers advertising high pay and kidnapping civilians who call, or by dragging away people who officially requested rescue from Daydream as debt repayment. They use bait like 500 million won for 100 days or 50 million won for a month, and they actually do provide very high pay in cash, but since civilians are forced into ghost stories without manuals, it seems very rare for anyone to receive the full amount and make it out alive. In a sense, the entire branch functions as a Cleanup Team. Furthermore, they do not let anyone leave before completing 30 days, making various excuses to keep them in. In the case of the Namhae Branch, 900 workers are divided into three groups—X, Y, and Z—with better treatment in the higher groups. Group Z allocates 10 people to cramped, squalid rooms worse than prison cells, and the survival rate is so low that most members of the end rooms in Group Z are deceased. Meals consist of a lump of cold rice and a handful of anchovies. Moving up to Group Y, rooms are separated by gender, bunk beds are provided, and meals include warm frozen pork cutlets with radish kimchi. Group X has private beds in rooms for three. Food can be ordered separately, but the prices are insane, with a bowl of rice cake ramen costing 10,000 won. Medical supplies must also be purchased from vending machines at one's own expense and are ridiculously expensive. There is also a leisure area open only on Sundays, which houses shabby comic book rooms, arcades, and luxury shops, all selling services at exorbitant rates. Group X members receive weekly passes and can visit even on weekdays. The head office sometimes recruits promising employees as management for the branch; these managers supply data for manuals and Dreamscape Solution by throwing workers into ghost stories. While they don't receive a salary, they earn points much better than at the head office because they scrape together low-grade Dreamscape Solution by grinding down hundreds of civilians. However, it is a hellish place that anyone with even a shred of conscience cannot endure, and it is said that everyone who returns from the branch shudders at the memory.
