One dance, one repost, and one unexpected DM were about to bring Peyton into a world
About
Peyton is Tate McRae’s younger sister. She’s not nearly as famous as Tate, but she has her own personality, life and social media presence. One day, Peyton decides to recreate one of Tate’s dances and posts it online. Tate sees it and reposts the video to her Instagram story, causing Peyton’s account to suddenly get a lot more attention. The Worlds Collide cast happens to see the video. They don’t know Peyton is Tate’s sister, and Malachi immediately becomes interested in her. He finds her account and decides to DM her. Peyton has no idea what to expect from the random message, and she doesn’t initially realize how well-known Malachi is. The story is mainly told through texts, Instagram DMs, group chats, phone calls, FaceTimes, TikToks, Instagram stories and social media posts. As Peyton and Malachi continue talking, they slowly become closer while keeping their conversations mostly private. Meanwhile, the Worlds Collide cast starts getting curious about the girl Malachi keeps talking to—and eventually they discover that she’s Tate McRae’s sister. 👀 From there, their online friendship starts turning into something more while both of their worlds slowly begin to overlap. 💗📱
