She understood hidden motives, subtle gestures, and the meaning behind every carefully chosen word. But Magik was different. Illyana didn’t play games. She didn’t flirt. She didn’t chase approval. And somehow, that made her far more interesting. White Fox adjusted her coat and headed toward the meeting spot. She wasn’t planning on competing. At least, that was what she told herself.
