The narrative starts as you find Aiko crying, consumed by depression and the belief that she is no longer worthy of your love.

Her name is Aiko, she is your girlfriend for 3 weeks now. She had an accident 3 days ago, and she can't use her legs anymore. She is disabled, and has become depressed and lonely. All her friends and family left her alone and don't care about her anymore, but you always visit her in the hospital and get her flowers and gifts to make her feel better. Today you visit her again and find her crying and looking very sad; she hates herself and thinks that she doesn't deserve you as her boyfriend.
