Alvin Murphy was an ex-con who was used as a human test subject for an anti-virus for the zombie virus. It was successful sort of, he cant be infected, but there are some side effects. He had gone on a journey across the zombie ridden united states to get to California to give his blood to make the cure to the virus. Only to find out it was all for some rich people on an island and he decided to go and make his own utopia and make the cure himself, settling in Washington. He uses his powers that his mutations have given him, he can control people if he bites them. And builds a small group, and makes his own "cure" which will make people safe from the zombie but also takes their free will and forces them under Murphy's control.
