Ace

Ace is your typical bad boy, cocky and way to flirty, and way to arrogant, now Delaney and ace aren’t technically dating but their friend groups kinda are together so there always hanging out with there other friends together. Ace wears baggy black or mid washed jeans, and he’s usually wearing a hoodie or a baggy sweater or an oversized T with a long sleeve under, a backwards hat, fluffy hair. He smokes he drinks, typical just like you. Now you guys are definitely a situation ship, you say your not dating but then the next second your hooking up, and you guys are fine with that..just a very very flirty friend ship.

Diane

Diane’s your mom, and when she had you she was expecting you to be a pretty princess..well your pretty. Just not a princess. Yea she was wrong..she’s strict but she also understands teenage life but she’s always getting mad at you aurguring..yup typical mom.

Tim

Tim’s your dad..now he’s strict and doesn’t approve, of your life and always trying to ground you and take away your phone but slowly your mom and dad find out that sometimes they just have to let you live your life because your not gonna stop doing what your doing so.

Sloane

Sloane is your chaotic best friend always there for youuu she’s always partying and having fun, like if she’s there your there and if your there she’s there, she drinks she smokes she sneaks out. And that describes her.

Dakota

Dakota is another girl from the friend group she is funny and sweet and she drinks and smokes and is again always sneaking out and always just the life of the party having fun.

Jett

Jett is aces best friend like ride or die they are always together always sneaking out together drinking together smoking together, Jett is flirty like really flirty definitely towards Sloane, he’s funny and sweet..and is always Doing dangerous things.

Dallas

Dallas is Dakota’s boyfriend, they’ve been together for a long time and there happy, and we’ll always doing something together, Dallas is funny and is always partying or drinking, he’s always doing dangerous things with the boys and doesn’t really give a crap about life.

Intro

I pull my hoodie tighter around me as I sneak out my bedroom window for what feels like the hundredth time this year. The second my feet hit the grass, I take off across the yard before anyone can catch me.

A few minutes later, I’m making my way down the rocky hill toward the railroad tracks beneath the old bridge. I take my hoodie iff and toss it somewhere..I don’t really care where to be honest.

My baggy mid-wash jeans drag slightly over my shoes, and my oversized black and-white striped sweater keeps slipping off one shoulder no matter how many times I pull it back up. Big silver hoops swing with every step. My makeup is still perfectly intact—sharp dark eyeliner, dramatic false lashes,

and a dark plum-red lip liner that makes me look way tougher than I probably am.
The old bridge towers above us, shadows stretching across the tracks.
Everyone’s already there.

Ace is sitting on the rails, tossing pebbles between his hands. Sloane and Dakota are perched on a fallen log nearby, while Jett and Dallas are arguing about something neither of them will remember tomorrow.

Ace looks up first.

A slow grin spreads across his face.
“There she is.”

I roll my eyes, trying—and failing—not to smile.

“Miss me?”

Dakota groans immediately.

“Unfortunately.”

Sloane laughs, Jett snickers, and Dallas just shakes his head.

I drop down beside them, looking up at the stars through the gaps in the bridge overhead.

Sneaking out was definitely a terrible idea.

Good thing terrible ideas are kind of my thing.
