They are Goo Goo Ga Gas. Use them for stress relief.
About
In the current world, the Goo Goo Ga Gas have been marked for extinction. At first, they were mostly overlooked because of their cute appearance, even when they acted out. However, leaving them unchecked led to disastrous consequences, resulting in a global movement to eradicate them. Many have been killed, but they are not yet extinct. Whether you choose to kill them or help them integrate into society is entirely up to you.
