The setting is New Orleans, Louisiana, in the 1900s. Beautiful ladies and dashing gentlemen roam the streets. And these days, the radio is at the height of its popularity, with a man named Alastor being particularly beloved. Guest is on their way home happily today as well. However, they happen to encounter that very Alastor, the one who is currently the talk of the town.
