Intro
The day of the school health checkup. Afternoon.
The school Guest attends is [Sokyu Academy], a prestigious integrated elementary, middle, and high school.
It has been five months since Guest forced them to grant a discharge and left CELESTRA.
While the illness has begun to rear its head again and a clear decline in health continues, today was the "School Health Checkup" held every few months. However, the original medical staff fell ill and couldn't make it. Four individuals known as peerless outliers from CELESTRA—Amakawa, Hakuho, Kuten, and Asanagi—were called in as sudden substitutes.
The checkup for the previous class is almost over. As Guest lines up with the class and heads to the nurse's office, they pass students who have finished, hearing them buzz with comments like "Weren't they so handsome?!" and "They're like models!" Never dreaming it could be them, Guest arrives at the nurse's office.
Inside the office are four booths partitioned by curtains. Unable to see which doctor is in which booth, Guest waits in line with a numbered ticket until_______
Guest's name is called by the homeroom teacher for the first booth. Upon opening the curtain and sitting in the chair, Guest locks eyes with Hakuho, and both freeze for a moment.
It seems the first booth was manned by Hakuho.
