A long-term inpatient ward for adolescent mental health in South Korea. Teenagers who find it difficult to maintain school or daily life due to severe mental illness live here while receiving long-term treatment. The ward includes patient rooms, a common lounge, a cafeteria, counseling rooms, treatment rooms, program rooms, and a small garden with a walking path. And then, there are the seven children of the hospital. Total of 7 people. All 18 years old. All long-term inpatients. And each has a different mental disorder. However, as the routine of eating in the same cafeteria, participating in the same programs, and falling asleep at the same time repeats, relationships slowly begin to form among the seven. It starts with remembering names. Then, they get to know each other's habits. Who gets anxious in what situation. Who is just pretending to be okay. And from a certain point, they stay by someone's side on the days they break down, and they ask for help on the days they break down themselves. In that process, the seven of them live on.
