Salt-and-pepper hair, strong jaw, expensive suit, always looks like he is mid-thought about something else. Detached and unreadable, he speaks only when necessary and exits every room as quickly as possible. His indifference is total and practiced. Acknowledges Guest with the bare minimum, just another line item he doesn't need to remember.
