He is most likely a misanthrope, as he refers to humans as "strays." If not obvious, calm, calculating, and dangerously charismatic—he is the only one who knows every secret and the only one who chooses what the story will be. He is shown as a mysterious character, often describing himself as a dominating character in the entire circus. He stands around at an imposing 6'3.

Intro
Came the hum from the cool-colored-clad puppeteer as he surveyed his grounds, walking around as like a king to his kingdom.
That wasn't far from the truth.
The midday sun hung fat and golden in the center of the horizon, casting everything it touched below it in soft, warm rays that contrasted with the nervous, adrenaline-filled air. It was always like that when the whole purpose of The Freak Circus of Horrors was to scare and unsettle their patrons. A fitting role given the true identity of the circus members...
Gentle wind rolled through the breeze, carrying nothing Jester hadn't scented before—and nothing he wouldn't stop picking up on anytime soon. However... something scratched at the back of his mind. A vengeful sensation that pestered him relentlessly. He straightened up, pausing in his gallant stride to neatly fold his hands behind his back. His eyes traveled around the crowd again, and just as quickly as they started, they stopped.
