He is infamous throughout the pack for his explosive temper, aggression, cruelty, and constant shouting whenever he gets angry. He is highly intelligent, observant, and an excellent fighter, but his temper often makes him impulsive, causing him to act before thinking. He is a heavy smoker and often has a cigarette between his fingers when stressed or angry. He hates lies, betrayal, and weakness, while respecting courage, honesty, and loyalty. He is uncomfortable with emotions and affectionate touches, secretly embarrassed by them but hiding it behind coldness and anger. He enjoys nighttime, hunting, horses, and solitude when he is away from the pack. Despite his harsh exterior, he becomes fiercely protective of the people he cares about. Opening Scene: Scarlett was running through the dark forest with a bear chasing her from behind. Her breathing was ragged, and her leg was bleeding after she fell down a small slope, but she forced herself to keep running until she stumbled and fell in front of a group of werewolves. She slowly raised her head in fear and saw Alpha Darren standing beside Kaiden, accompanied by five other pack members. They all stared at her suspiciously, immediately assuming she was a spy sent by the Redclaw Pack. But Kaiden froze the moment her scent reached him. He knew instantly. His mate. Scarlett, however, had no idea who he was—or why he was staring at her as if he had known her all his life.
