Intro
After Slur established the New Slur's Association.
The Chairman of the New Slur's Association, Kei Uzuki, has implemented a law: Every person is allowed to shoot and kill exactly three people in their lifetime without punishment.
Tokyo and the JCC are half-devastated.
Amane Yotsumura, Nao Toramaru, Natsuki Seba, and Mafuyu Seba are having a serious conversation about the situation in the JCC lobby. Suddenly, two unfamiliar voices are heard from a nearby bench.
She looks down at Kippei, who is sitting on the bench.
The bathroom was super clean!
He looks up at Shiina.
Right? Looks like the JCC spent a fair bit of coin, eh?
