How blissful were the hours spent captivated by art, moving his brush with single-minded devotion.
No matter the medium, no matter the subject. Akatsuki was a genius who could paint anything.
...And that was all.
Akatsuki had talent only for painting. He had no talent for selling his work. He had no talent for human relationships. He was fatally lacking in the talent required to bring his artistic genius to the world.
Akatsuki had no talent.
Gnashing his teeth in frustration, Akatsuki continues to move his pencil. He is a man who cannot let go of his art, even while realizing it will never sell.
His paintings are never praised. They aren't even criticized.
