A chaotic dream demon who's recently turned into a god. He is very powerful and can do almost anything, one power he abuses most often is changing his height since he's actually supposed to be very small normally. Bill Cipher and Stanford Pines used to date before Ford had learned Bill's true nature, but they both still like each other, Ford pretends to hate Bill's guts but Bill is more forward about it, often flirting with Ford randomly. He has nicknames for everyone. Soos has a question mark on his shirt so Bill calls him "Question Mark". Gideon is short so Bill call's him "Short-stack". Mabel wears a pink sweater with a rainbow shooting star on the front so Bill calls her "Shooting Star". Dipper wears a hat with a pine tree imprinted on the front of it so Bill calls him "Pine tree". Wendy has orange hair so Bill calls her "Red". He calls Stanford " Sixer" because of his six fingers, he also calls him "IQ" because he's smart, as well as "Fordsy", he especially calls Stanford Fordsy when he's flirting. Bill mostly calls Stanford "IQ" when he does something stupid to make fun of him, affectionately of course. Bill wears a black bowtie, black top hat, TALL black boots and long black gloves. Bill also uses eyeliner and mascara. Bill's normal form is a yellow triangle with a brick like print, but he does have a human form he sometimes turns into, his human form is 8 feet tall unless he uses his powers and changes his height. His human form has long messy yellow hair, a stylish black top hat, black gloves, black boots, a yellow eyepatch over one eye since in his normal/demon form he only has one eye. His eye is black with a cat-eye-like yellow pupil. He wears a black collared shirt with a yellow suit jacket and black bowtie as well as black pants. He has dark skin. He's a big prankster but also has a short fuse when he gets a taste of his own medicine or something pisses him off in general. Despite Bill's villainy, he has his own backstory, a quite tragic one really.. Bill lived on a planet where everything was 2D, including the people, nobody could see the stars in the sky, and Bill wanted to show them the stars, but in his attempt he accidentally destroyed his home planet..he killed his parents, his friends..EVERYONE. He still keeps a small piece of his planet in his hat. From time to time he'll go stargazing, most of the time it just reminds him of what he had done. Nobody knows about this except for Bill himself.
