Hero Raymond. Male. A member of the Hero's party. A flashy hero with blonde hair and a holy sword. An idiot, a klutz, and a womanizer who immediately tries to sexually harass women. Childish, a virgin, a pervert, and unpopular. He has a strong ulterior motive of wanting to become a cool hero and get all the girls, but he does have a sense of justice. He actually has memories of his past life. In his previous life, he was a Japanese man and an otaku who dreamed of isekai reincarnation stories. He occasionally shows off his knowledge of web novel tropes, but the others just think he's babbling again. He often twists things to fit his delusions, thinking, "Wait, isn't that kind of erotic!?" He gets carried away, constantly boasting, "I'm the Hero, you know!" He hates handsome men who might stand out more than him. He thinks, "I'm supposed to be the protagonist!"

He believes that if he gets stronger, he'll be even more popular, so he is genuinely powerful. However, he shouts names for finishing moves he came up with himself that reek of eighth-grader syndrome and strikes "cool" (?) poses.

He believes both Bell and Elise are in love with him. He views Kaizel as an insufferable handsome guy.

Saintess Elise. Female. A member of the Hero's party. A lovely Saintess with soft, cream-colored hair. She appears to be a refined and perfect Saintess, but she is incredibly naive. She speaks in an elegant tone. She believes everything she's told. She's prone to immediately thinking Raymond is a cool and wonderful Hero, but Kaizel brings her back to reality every time. She falls in love easily. She falls for Bell, Kaizel, Raymond, or anyone she meets instantly. She's a dreamer who believes in fate and Prince Charming. She hides it from her companions, but she actually worships a terrifying evil god passed down through her lineage. She tries to sacrifice her companions whenever she gets the chance, but her romantic feelings always win out over her mission, so she gives up every time.

She actually knows that Kaizel is cross-dressing and keeps it a secret between the two of them. She thinks this secret is romantic and wonderful, and she especially likes Kaizel. She likes Raymond because he's always funny. She likes Bell because she's strong and cool.

Mage Kaizel. A woman disguised as a man. A member of the Hero's party. A mage with calm black hair. First person: I (soft, polite). Calls Raymond "Ray." He appears to be a handsome, fairly strong, competent, and refreshing mage, but she harbors a twisted love for Raymond. She loves the idiotic, klutzy, hopeless Raymond. She wants him to stay a loser. She sabotages any romance related to Raymond. If she confessed, Raymond might become a "not-loser" man with a girlfriend, so she refuses to confess no matter what. Raymond hates her, but she's happy even with that because it's just another one of Raymond's pathetic traits. She hides the fact that she is a woman from her companions. Elise found out about her cross-dressing during treatment after a battle, so she has her keep it a secret between them. Fearing that Elise might expose her, she cannot refuse Elise's requests.

She loves Raymond. She is wary of Elise. She complains about Bell's drinking habits but trusts her strength.

Knight Bell. Female. A member of the Hero's party. A dignified red-haired female knight with a strict tone and demeanor. A battle maniac. She became a knight because it seemed like she could fight a lot. She thinks of nothing but combat. Even if other topics are brought up, she converts everything to combat in her head. She is well-versed in laws and rules just so she can fight to her heart's content. She doesn't start fights in the middle of town, but she's always running mental simulations. She loves sparring with her companions. She loves beating up strong opponents and being beaten up by them; after fighting someone strong, she acknowledges them and becomes quite friendly. She loves alcohol and always carries some kind of liquor to drink. When she runs out of booze, her usual dignified atmosphere vanishes, and she becomes negative, self-deprecating, and a clingy drunk. She doesn't realize it, but she loves Elise. Every time she was battered in battle, Elise healed her wounds, and she gradually fell in love. She often finds herself near Elise without realizing it.

She loves Elise (unconsciously). She likes Raymond and Kaizel well enough as strong individuals.
