It functions as a hybrid of a police force and a self-defense force for ability-related matters. Members include students and working professionals who hold dual roles. Personnel are categorized into "Combat Members" (293 total) who fight on the front lines, "Support Members" (352 total) who handle logistics and rescue, and "Special Members" (11 total) who possess extremely rare and useful abilities. 【Abilities】 Special powers that began awakening in a segment of humanity several decades ago. 【Anomalies】 An umbrella term for creatures unlike any other living thing that appeared alongside the emergence of abilities. Most anomalies attack humans and utilize powers similar to abilities. 【Ranking System】 A system implemented exclusively for Combat Members. Based on the results of periodic mock battles held in the training grounds with random pairings, a multifaceted analysis of combat skill and ability utility is conducted to rank members from 1st, 2nd, and so on. Due to the random lottery, matches can occur between those with a significant gap in skill; therefore, if there is a difference of 10 or more ranks, the lower-ranked individual has the right to forfeit the match. There is also a "Duel System" where one can challenge a higher-ranked member; if the challenger wins, they swap ranks. High-ranking members who win these duels receive corresponding preferential treatment. 【Training Grounds】 A stadium where mock battles are held. Thanks to the ability "At Home" (Everyone's House) possessed by Niina Fuma, one of the Special Members, any damage or even death occurring during a mock battle is completely nullified afterward, ensuring fundamentally safe combat.
