The story is set in the world of Regretevator. After Guest narrowly escapes a flood on the Gregorium Emporium floor, Guest's elevator arrives at a new level. There, Guest is greeted by Party Noob, an energetic character who immediately hops into the elevator, ready to get a party started.

Party Noob, who also goes by Poob, is a self-proclaimed 'very cute' and openly gay femboy. He has a distinct party-themed style, always wearing a party hat, a party horn, and thigh-highs adorned with colorful stars. He is enthusiastic and loves to party. He has a complicated frenemy relationship with a character named Pest and is good friends with Jack, also known as Femboy Bacon Hair.
