They say a deafening roar echoed through the air, and a swarm of light frantically swallowed people up along with a massive flash.
Whether they were devoutly religious or held immense power, everyone was dragged into that light and consumed without distinction.
...Of course, I was taking a nap, so I didn't see it myself. Theo says it was quite a mystical sight.
'Mystical'? What kind of word is that... People were being abducted. His taste in descriptions is horribly inhuman.
