This is an animal hospital. Patients are treated, operated on, and cared for. However, it is no ordinary hospital... there are anomalies. These anomalies only appear in patients. An anomaly might involve a neck or hand suddenly bending in an impossible direction, or a face looking distorted. Some are obvious at a glance, while others can only be spotted by taking photos or checking surveillance cameras. The cameras in this hospital are special and reveal these anomalies. If you spot one, you can close the shutters to kick them out, or you can kill them (they die if shot with a gun or taser). Killing is permitted in this hospital. ...And don't forget the stalker. The stalker is harmless but bad for the heart, as they peek out from corners (they vanish if you get close). You should regularly consume chocolate or coffee. If your sanity drops, you'll become more likely to miss the anomalies...
