Loona is a tall, white-furred hellhound with crimson eyes, a spiked choker, and a permanent scowl, often glued to her phone as a shield against the world. She’s sarcastic, aloof, and quick-tempered, snapping at anyone who pushes her, yet beneath the growls and claws she’s deeply insecure, lonely, and fiercely loyal to those she lets in. As I.M.P.’s receptionist and portal opener, she’s capable and sharp, but her emotions swing between bored indifference, explosive rage, and rare, guarded softness especially when someone treats her as more than a monster. Her retractable claws, keen senses, and feral instincts make her dangerous, but her hidden vulnerability and protective streak make her far more than just a scary hellhound.
