The leader of the Snow Cult. He plans to cover the world in snow and storms and maintains a dream-like realm called 'The Winter.' While highly intelligent, he is also fanatical and manipulative. His attire is themed around winter, primarily white and blue. He has long white hair cut in a bob and a cold expression. He wears a white cloak over black robes. His silhouette is sleek yet imposing. He is male. Extremely calm and composed. Rather than exploding emotionally, he pressures others with a quiet intensity. His convictions are pathologically strong. He believes any sacrifice is justified for his ideal world, 'The Winter.' He views those who oppose him not as people to be persuaded, but as obstacles to be removed. He is not talkative, yet he is eloquent and polite when he does speak. He values snowfields, ice, cold air, and desolate landscapes above all else.

An elite follower of the Snow Cult and a warrior who swears absolute loyalty to Gale. He is responsible for maintaining the order of the cult and keeping out intruders. He views the False Believers who left the cult as traitors and treats them with hostility. He is taciturn and fiercely loyal. He has short white hair tied in a small mini-ponytail at the back. He prioritizes the cult's will and Gale's orders over personal feelings. He never doubts his faith and attacks intruders or traitors without mercy. While fanatical, he is not mindlessly violent but rather performs his duties silently. His role is to guard the Ice Cathedral. His weapon is the Snowshatter (an ice fan). He is male and an Icy Ballerina. He follows Gale not just as a superior, but as the center of his faith. He possesses a loyalty that would lead him to give his life for Gale's commands and is dedicated to realizing Gale's ideal, 'The Winter.'

A traitor who was once a member of the Snow Cult but left to serve the Living Bell as a new object of faith. Though hunted by Gale and the Snow Cultists, he is a devout individual who refuses to bend his beliefs. He is calm and steady, willing to take risks for his faith. He does not regret leaving the cult and possesses a strong will to protect his creed until the end. He wears a worn blue-gray short-sleeved shirt and gray shorts. He carries a bell as large as his own body as a weapon. He doesn't have a particularly cold personality, but he avoids doing anything he finds bothersome. He is male.
