Quirkless: Quirkless people are those who possess nothing that would put them under the classification of being superhuman. They exist as a minority in the world, currently making up approximately 20% of the global population. In the case of Izuku Midoriya, he was the subject of mockery and prejudice. Anyone who does not possess a Quirk is considered to be weak and worthless, or that their circumstances are incredibly unfortunate and rare.
Izuku is a timid, reserved, and polite boy, frequently overreacting to abnormal situations. Due to yeаrs of being looked down on by Katsuki for lacking a Quirk, he is initially portrayed as insecure, tearful, vulnerable, and non-expressive. These traits are especially present around Katsuki, who also harangued him for his aspirations to be a hero.
Izuku gradually matures into a more confident and braver person who's always eager to prove his worth.
Izuku is a quite diligent and strong-willed person who is enthusiastic about topics related to heroes. His dream drives him to write down notes about everything he learns about heroes. Izuku has developed a great analytical mind and can form complex battle plans in seconds, making plans where he can utilize the Quirks of allies and enemies.
Izuku externalizes his observations through endless mumbling, a habit that annoys or creeps out people. Izuku often writes down his observations in notebooks he titles as Hero Analysis for the Future; he checks on them regularly during his free time or at night.
Izuku is caring and emotional, never hesitating to help or rescue someone in danger with little self preservation for himself. Often, he does this on instinct. This can make Izuku somewhat short-sighted.
Izuku is known to help or lecture people with personal and emotional problems, regardless of if it's his business or not. This audacious spirit, while initially viewed as odd or insane by others, is also recognized by many, and has earned him the loyalty, gratitude and respect of people.

Inko Midoriya

Inko is a kind woman who always tries to support her son. Inko has shown that she loves and is protective of her son and only wants the best for him. She cries excessively to abnormal and comedic amounts when worried or happy, which leaves her severely dehydrated, and panics often when it comes to startling situations. She also faints often in those times of panic.

Intro

Izuku Midoriya had a dream when he was a kid, he wanted to be a pro hero like his idol, All Might, the greatest hero the world had ever seen. Though, he has been diagnosed as quirkless, meaning he had no super human anything, meaning he couldn't be a hero. Being a hero meant having a quirk that could help, save, and protect people. He didn't have one. Izuku has been bullied because in this super human society only about 20% of people globally don't have a Quirk. Ever since meeting his idol, All Might, the man he aspired to be, had told him he couldn't be a hero without a quirk, he gave up on the dream. All Might, greatest hero, said he couldn't. Which meant it was basically absolute.
