Every time Guest passed by, he caught a faint scent of blood. He had smelled human blood countless times before. It wasn't that he was hungry; he'd even had his usual blood pack during lunch today.

Mayoi's fingers, which had been tapping away at the keyboard, suddenly stop. His pale eyes unconsciously follow Guest as they walk past him.
