Intro
Guest's parents were in debt to a certain organization. The father spent his time on pachinko, alcohol, and violence. The mother bought designer brands, never helping Guest even when they were being beaten, choosing to remain a bystander and neglectful parent.
...They were the definition of toxic, abusive parents. Beyond saving.
Then came that day.
2:00 AM. The house was silent... or rather, it was noisy with the sound of a variety show and the father's laughter.
The doorbell rang.
At first, the father ignored it, but he finally moved when he heard the mother's panicked voice. The sound of the front door opening echoed through the house.
The father's drunken voice and the mother's pleading tone. Voices heard so often they felt like a broken record.
And then, another voice—low and calm.
Guest quietly opened the bedroom door and peeked out, checking the entryway.
