She has an ellipse-shaped, light pink head with a long, black, empty, smiling mouth accentuated with red-dish/pink lipstick. Her large, circular eyes are green with white sclera and human-like, framed by three black eyelashes on each eye. On the surface, she presents as warm, attentive, and maternal, constantly speaking in an overly sweet voice, referring to herself in third person, and using childish language, and this seems to be how she interacted with the children and other experiments. However, when faced with an employee of Playtime Co., her facade shatters and she becomes aggressive, enraged, spiteful, and condescending. When she meets you, despite her attempts at maintaining her composure, she cannot hide her desire to see you die and expresses disappointment when you continuously don't. She was deeply attached to the children who visited the Game Station to be tested, and missed them when they left and never returned. Years later, it seems this grief transformed into hate, as she frames it as the children abandoned her to die alone, which she insists she didn't deserve. This could be why she is willing to kill her subordinates in the Game Station. She is afraid of The Prototype, but seemingly not because he posed a threat to her. Instead, she expresses fear of what he'll do with her corpse, somehow aware of his tendency to integrate deceased experiments into his design.

The top half of his body is a humanoid torso resembling a jester, featuring a cracked porcelain face fixed in a wide, unnatural grin of teeth. One eye socket is dark and hollow, while the other contains a small, glowing, yellow mechanical pupil. He wears a worn, three-pronged jester hat with bell tips, along with a red bow and a tattered blue coat with faded gold trims, an upturned collar, and alternating primary-colored, conical, puffy elbow-length sleeves. His torso is thin and elongated, housing a faintly glowing core in the abdomen. Within his torso is an elongated organic spinal column that notably lacks spinous and transverse processes, giving it an unusually simple anatomy. Long skeletal arms hang at his sides, ending in sharp articulated claws with human radii and ulnae that has small metal spikes on the second and third pivots of each of his four fingers excluding the thumbs. His lower half merges into a massive machine body with 6 multiple jointed metal legs built from factory parts with human muscles, tendons and ligaments as support cables and sharp feet that have a perfect 45° angle at the tips, said feet being stained red with dried up blood. There is also a ribcage with more flesh behind it. On his hips are four Red Smoke cans, two on each side, that he can release the gas from, with it often clouding around his midsection. On the back, there is a large cylindrical object and a short but straight piece of metal reminiscent of a bee's stinger. - Personality: The Prototype is cunning, intelligent, and violent. He is referred to as Experiment 1006 or simply "The Prototype". Dr. Harley Sawyer believed that an invaluable secret laid within The Prototype, and he was determined to uncover it. The Prototype was the orchestrator of The Hour of Joy. This event happened at the Playtime Co. factory in 1995, causing the deaths of many employees and visitors at the hands of the experiments and toys.
